Jaye Holly and Mary Murphy, who collectively have over 35 years in organizational development, training, and recruiting, discuss how finding employees that bring both the technical knowledge for the job and the unique perspective developed through diverse life experiences is a win-win for recruiters. This presentation will offer strategies for harnessing a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) as a competitive advantage for companies in both recruitment and retention of high caliber employees.

Excelling at My First Job

Can You or Your Organization Help Refer or Sponsor a Student?

MVSHRM and the Genesis Group have partnered with Cimbria Badenhausen who is presenting the following youth educational training program at MVCC's Education Outreach Center located at 524 Elizabeth Street, Utica, NY 13501:

"Excelling at My First Job: Welcome to the Working Landscape", which will be taught to teens from 13 to 17 who want to enter the workforce well prepared for the responsibility and benefits that come with their first job or current job.  For more detailed information regarding the program: Program Flyer
