March 16th: MVSHRM presents "Workmans Compensations".
Speaker Mike Cronin of Crown Risk Management, LLC will provide an overview of the significant changes in the New York State Worker’s Compensation regulations that occurred in 2007 outlining how they will impact benefits and claim costs. Other issues discussed will be Workers Compensation Post Injury Claim Management, Employer’s rights, Worker’s rights, Worker’s Comp and how it interacts with FMLA, Employer’s Worker’s Comp and Independent contractors/temps, along with some examples of the different types of incidents that lead to injury or illness that can lead to Worker’s Comp cases.
