The Mohawk Valley Society for Human Resource Management (MVSHRM) is committed to improving the knowledge and competence of human resource professionals through the exchange of information within the organization. As leaders of our community at large, we support and encourage individual members to develop an outstanding work environment for the employees and companies we serve through ethical and lawful human resource practices.  

MVSHRM adopts the Society of Human Resource Management's (SHRM) Code of Ethics for members of our chapter in order to promote and maintain the highest standards among its members. Each member shall honor, respect and support the purpose of this chapter and SHRM.

Human Resources Job Postings are listed in the Member's Section.  MVSHRM members may post Human Resources jobs at no cost.  Listings will stay on our website for 30 days. 
Non-members may submit their postings, in writing, to MVSHRM, PO Box 281  Waterville, NY  13480.  There is a $50 fee for this service for non-members.
